Farmers raise their cattle with love and meticulous care to deliver the highest standard of quality. The cattle graze in a temperate climate, with plenty of sun, clean air, and fresh spring water. They are fed pasture grass and rice straw during the rearing and fattening stages and given a nutritious feed, which helps ensure the trademark marbling in the meat. This natural rearing process translates into the taste of the wagyu, which is rich and well-balanced.
With some of the highest marbling in the world, wagyu ribeye steaks have a very low melting point, a rich buttery flavour and melt-in-the-mouth texture.
